Having the technical capability to support users of SmoothWall security solutions is a key requirement for SmoothWall Partners. Practical "hands on" experience is the most valuable form of experience; hence we make Not-For-Resale (NFR) copies of our software available to SmoothWall Partners. This NFR software enables technical personnel to thoroughly familiarize themselves with SmoothWall products in conjunction with the training materials and to protect the Partner's own networks.
One copy of this pack must be ordered by all Bronze, Silver and Gold Partners. The pack comprises:

*Anti spam licenses are not included in the NFR, these must be purchased separately.
NFR copies of SmoothWall software products not included in the above NFR packs, such as School Guardian, as well as additional NFR copies of any SmoothWall software, are available to all Partners at 50% discount off the standard end-user price. Additional licenses over the standard number included are also available at 50% discount.
We have both technical and sales training materials available from our Partner Extranet for self paced training and use in customer facing situations. These materials are continually updated reflecting the changes in our product.
Instructor led training courses are available in the UK, and other countries as resources allow.
